9" Standard Duty Post Hole Digger

The IronCraft PHD Post Hole Digger with 9" auger is a standard-duty three-point attachment designed for quickly digging holes for fence posts, signs, landscaping projects, and other property improvements. It is compatible with tractors from 25–65 PTO horsepower and works with both Category 1 and Category 2 three-point hitches.

The 9-inch steel auger can bore holes up to 45 inches deep, with replaceable bolt-on cutting edges that make it easy to maintain digging performance as the auger is used. A 3:1 gearbox and 2" output shaft provide the drive system needed for routine post-hole digging.

A shear-bolt driveline provides protection if the auger encounters an immovable object, helping reduce the risk of damage to the driveline. The PHD uses a 6-spline PTO drive shaft and has guarding around the driveline, gearbox U-joint, and gearbox output shaft.
